Departures BIPAC head announces departure Wynne Offringa McKinley Bale Daley Lyons Collins Williams Greg Casey plans to resign as president and CEO of the Business-Industry Political Action Committee in June 2015. Casey has led BIPAC since 1999. In addition to his role at BIPAC, he is president and CEO of the Friends of Adam Smith, a business group promoting free enterprise. Smith is the former Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the U.S. Senate. He also spent three years as EVP of the Homebuilders Association of Southwest Idaho and four years as CEO of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry.
